Job Requirements
- Candidate must have proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role within the healthcare industry, preferably in the Dubai/UAE market
- Candidates must hold Bachelor’s degree in business administration, healthcare management, or a related field. A master’s degree is desirable
- Candidates must have valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation
- Candidates with previous experience with other home healthcare companies in the UAE are welcome
- Candidates must have In-depth knowledge of the Dubai healthcare industry, including familiarity with home nursing care, babysitting services, doctor on call services, IV therapy and lab tests at home
- Candidate should keep relationships with hospitals, clinics, schools, pharmacies and hotels in Dubai/ UAE
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills are required
- Candidates must have the ability to develop and execute successful business development strategies
- Candidates must be self motivated and result oriented and have the ability to work independently and thrive under pressure
- Analytical mindset , with the ability to analyze market trends , identify opportunities and adapt strategies accordingly
- Willingness to travel within the UAE and attend events as required
