Candidates applying for these positions should pass job requirements to qualify. For Telephone Operator position, Bilingual candidates are preferred. They must have previous experience as telephone operator. They should hold high school diploma or GED certificate. They should know to operate telephone equipment. Candidates who are looking for the position of Telephone Operator Supervisor must have minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory role. To get employed as Front desk Agent, candidate must have 1+ years of experience as front desk agent. They require High school diploma or suitable equivalent. For Guest Relations Agent position, candidates must have 2+ years of work experience as Guest Relations Agent. They require excellent communication and organizational skills. Candidates should be customer oriented individual with good knowledge of hospitality industry standards. Female candidates are preferred.
For the position of Guest Relations Manager, candidates must have proven experience as Guest Relations Manager or Hotel Manager or similar role. They must have hands on experience on Hotel Management Software (PMS). They require excellent problem solving skills, multitasking and leadership skills. They must hold degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration or relevant field.
