To become Section Supervisors, all the applicants must require at least 4 years of supermarket/hypermarket experience with 1-2 years as section supervisor. They must have great experience in managing merchandising and inventory. Excellent knowledge in Microsoft excel is required. Proficiency in Malayalam and Hindi is also necessary. It is their duty to handle FMCG food, house hold, plastic, non-food, garment & apparel, electronics, lifestyle, health & beauty, general merchandise and etc.
For the post of cash supervisor, the candidates must have 3-4 years of experience in the same role. It is their responsibility to supervise cash till and cashiers, address customer concerns and ensure the smooth operation of procedures. The candidates must have strong communication, problem-solving skills and ability to lead a team in a fast paced atmosphere.
