If you wish to pursue your career at Light house, you should meet the job requirements for each position. For Hostess position, candidates must have previous work experience as a Host / Hostess or Waiter/ Waitress. Candidates must have experience in managing reservations. They must hold High school diploma and hospitality certification is a plus. Demonstrable customer service skills. They should have strong organizational skills with the ability to monitor the entire dining and bar area.
To get employed as Waiter, candidate must have prior experience in the same role. They require excellent interpersonal skills. They should have endurance to walk and stand for long hours. They should have the ability to remain calm and professional with difficult customers.
Candidates who are looking for the position of Food Runner must have experience as a Food Expeditor or similar entry level role in a restaurant. They require good oral communication skills. They should be ready to work on various shifts, weekends. They have the ability to remain calm and professional in a fast paced work environment. They require degree in hospitality or restaurant management is a plus.
For Barista position, candidates must have experience in the same role. They require strong customer service and communication skills as well as ability to multitask. Ability to read and speak English proficiently. They should be high school diploma qualified or GED.
