UAE: A Group of schools in the UAE is conducting recruitment for various job vacancies. They are recruiting to fill a number of positions which are as follows.
They are looking for experienced, skilled and passionate ones to occupy the positions of HR Executive / HR Assistant, Account Manager, Transportation Manager, IT Assistant, Cashier/ Accountant, HOS Boys & Girls and Receptionist.
Candidates applying for these positions should pass the job requirements for each position. For HR Executive / HR Assistant, candidates must have proven experience as an HR Assistant, Staff Assistant or relevant human resource / administrative position. They require excellent organizational skills, strong communication skills as well as fast computer typing skills (MS Office). They should be a graduate in human resource. They should be experienced with HRIS or HRMS.
To get employed as Account Manager, candidates must have experience in the same role. They should have the ability to collect, track and analyze large amounts of data. They require excellent active listening skills, adaptability and strong problem solving skills. They should have the ability to rapport collaborate with others within company and externally.
For Transportation Manager, candidates must have proven work experience as a Transportation Manager, Shipping Manager or similar role. They require excellent organizational skills, problem solving abilities. They should have solid knowledge of supply chain management. Candidates with BSc in Supply Chain, Logistics or relevant field are a plus.
Candidates who are looking for the position of Cashier/ Accountant must have proven work experience as Cashier. They require basic PC knowledge, math skills, strong communication and time management skills. They should be high school diploma qualified. For Receptionist position, candidates must have proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role. They should know to use Microsoft Office Suite. They should be High school diploma qualified and certification in Office Management is a plus.
Candidates applying for the above mentioned positions should be qualified in their respective subjects and should have UAE attested certificates. They must have minimum 3 to 5 years UAE School experience.
