Drydocks World is seeking candidates who are passionate, experienced and hardworking ones to fill the positions of Mobile Crane Operator, Tower Crane Operator, Signalman, Mechanical Fitter, Steel Fixer, Electrician, Expeditor.
Candidates who wish to pursue your career at Drydocks World, you need to pass the job requirements for each position. For every job vacancies candidates should be experienced in their roles. Candidates who is available in UAE are only preferred. Crane Operators, candidates should have work experience handling different types of cranes. Candidates should have the ability to lift loads , work in heights and stand for hours. They must have commercial driver’s license.
To get employed as Signalman, candidates must have excellent communication, strong sense of responsibility and ability to work under pressure. For Mechanical Fitter, candidate must have Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering. For Steel Fixer position, candidates must have basic work experience in construction may be advantageous. They must have completed apprenticeship in steel fixing. Candidates must have a good knowledge of health and safety issues. Candidates must have ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
Candidates who are looking for the position of Electrician must have experience in industrial or commercial electrician systems. They must have thorough knowledge of safety procedures and legal regulations and guidelines. They require excellent critical thinking and problem solving ability. They must hold diploma in relevant vocational training or should complete apprenticeship as an electrician.
For Expeditor position, candidate must have excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as time management skills. They should be proficient in spreadsheet software, inventory management tools and accounting.
