For the role of telesales agent, 1+ year of BPO & sales experience is required. To become client service manager, a total of 3+ years of BPO experience and 2+years of managerial experience in BPO setting are needed.
For the tier 1 & tier 2 customer service representative posts, 1+year BPO & client retention experience and 2+ years BPO & 1+year client retention experience is required respectively. To be placed as the collection specialist, 1 +year of international BPO experience and 1+ year of collections experience is needed.
