To get placed in the finance department, the candidates must require some basic requirements. Candidate with a Bachelor’s degree in accounting and finance are supposed to apply for the job. For the role of accounts assistant, the candidates must have prior experience, say minimum of 1 year in accounts or finance. They should be advanced in Excel and have at least 1 year of experience in construction and general accounting.
Candidates who wish to become tax and internal auditor, needs to have a work experience in the respective area as a tax agent and income auditor for at least 1 year. People who are proficient in Arabic are preferred here. Also one with accounting certificate in finance is required.
In case of financial controller, the candidates are required to have minimum 5 years of experience in the relevant field in hospitality. Those with a professional certification in finance are mostly preferred.
Senior accountants of Al Marina must be a certified accountant with at least 5 years of work experience in the respective area in catering.
To become an income auditor, apart from the basic requirements candidates need to have a minimum of 2 years of experience in the relevant position in hospitality.
