Job vacancies with requirements

  • Head of Internal Audit
  • Candidate must possess fluency in English Language; Knowledge of Arabic language is preffered
  • Candidate must hold Bachelor’s degree
  • Candidate should be a member of a professional body of either ACII or CIA, or recognized in local audit profession
  • Comprehensive work experience of 10+ years in the audit function of which:
  • At least 3 years should be in or for insurance companies, handing spectrum of Corporate and Insurance Process related audits
  • At least 3 years of experience in supervising audit functions/ managing multiple audit teams and working with the senior management and the board of directors/ audit committees
  • A mix of prior experience in both corporate environment and professional services environment is beneficial assurance/ external audit experience in addition to internal audit experience is a plus.
  • Knowledge / understanding of UAE regulatory requirements and international leading practices for insurance providers.
  • Head of Risk
  • Candidate must hold Bachelor’s degree
  • Risk degree, diploma or ISO accreditation in Risk management will be an advantage
  • At least 5 years or Internal Audit , Compliance and or risk management experience at Financial Services Company preferably an insurance company
  • Experience in providing comprehensive risk reporting to the Board Risk Committee
  • Compliance Office
  •   Candidate must be qualified to a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree level
  • Risk degree, diploma or ISO accreditation in Risk management will be an advantage
  • Candidate must be bilingual with excellent spoken and written skills in English and Arabic
  •   Candidate must have at least 5 years of experience in which 3 years in the UAE within internal audit/ compliance/ risk management in Financial Services Company preferably an insurance company
  • Medical Underwriting Manager
  • Candidate must be qualified to a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree level
  • Insurance certification from a reputable insurance body is desired
  • Comprehensive work experience of minimum 10 years in the insurance sector of which 5 years in a similar role within a well-reputed insurance company
  • Extensive experience in group medical health with in-depth knowledge on policy wording, structure, underwriting process along with legal and regulatory issues preferably  DHA & HAAD
  • Porfolio management experience
  • Strong knowledge of medical and life insurance products and pricing strategies
  • Desire to contribute to innovative product
  • Manager/ Assistant Manager – Casualty department
  • Candidate must be qualified to a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree level
  • Insurance certification from a reputable insurance body is desired
  • Comprehensive work experience in casualty underwriting of minimum 7 years in the insurance sector of which 2 years in a similar role within a well-reputed insurance company
  • Demonstrate technical knowledge and skills reflective of a seasoned practitioner who has progressed within underwriting positions of increasing responsibility
  • Desire to contribute to innovative product development and experience in development of new products
  • Senior Associate I – Specialty lines department
  • Candidate must be a university graduate with an insurance qualification
  • Candidate should have 7 years of exposure in insurance along with experience in handling fronting policy functions  of which 3 years should be in the casualty line of business
  • Candidate must demonstrate a high level of learnability and be knowledgeable in the line of casualty underwriting
  • Candidate must have knowledge and awareness of market conditions and trends
