Eid Al Adha – June 28-30
After Arafat day Eid Al Adha is celebrated on June 28-30 days. This is most celebrated day in Dubai as well as for Muslims. In rememberance of Ibrahims willingness to sacrifice his son at Allah’s command, Eid Al Adha is observed. It is known as the Feast of Sacrifice, animals are sacrificed. Eid Al Adha leaves are on the Hijri calenders Dhul Hijjah 10 to 12 corresponds to Wednesday, June 28 to June 30. Employees who have Saturday off can take advantage of a six-day long weekend when combined with the Arafat holiday.
Hijri New Year – July 21
It is the New Year on Islamic calendar and it is on July 21, 2023. If you take Saturday off you will get 3 long weekends.
Prophets Mohammed Birthday – 28 September
The Prophets Mohammed Birthday is celebrated on 28 of September that is 12th day of Rabi Al Awwal. If you take Saturday off you will get 3 day leave.
UAE National day – 1-3
